For the 9th edition we have published the Catalog in a CD-version for the first time, as well as in its usual hard-copy form. The CD was structured for us by Dirxion, a publisher of electronic books and catalogs.

Stand-alone installations

• Win98 through WinVista:
  • 128MB of RAM, 800x600 or greater screen resolution.
  • WinVista requires a utility, available from Hexalock, Ltd.. Under FAQ, click on: "Can already made discs be upgraded to run in the Vista operating system?". Download the indicated file (VistaFix.zip), unzip, and install. You will end up with an icon, "HLV Compatibility". Click on this icon, click on "Enable Compatibility", then open the Catalog.

• 128MB of RAM, 800x600 or greater screen resolution.

Server installation

• The World Catalog CD 9th Edition cannot be run from any form of server. The Catalog can be installed on multiple computers but an original CD must be in the machine's CD drive for the Catalog to run properly.
